So what is kefir water?
An ancient, *almost-forgotten* probiotic beverage, drank for thousands of years due to its powerful health benefits.
Don’t call it kombucha ;)
Kefir water is another potent gut-healing beverage but we sip it because it’s naturally lower in sugar, has no caffeine & none of that vinegar-y taste.

FAQs
Our process goes a little like this: we ferment kefir cultures in sugar water. The sugar acts as “food” for the kefir cultures. After 24-48 hours, we take this small-batched fermented concoction and add organic fruits and herbs to the mix. With a little carbonation and a whole lot of love, we can create this gut-healing, artisanal craft beverage.
Probiotics are the "good" bacteria in your gut! They help maintain a healthy balance of bacteria throughout your body. Some popular probiotic foods & drinks include sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, and kefir water.
Prebiotics are live microorganisms that act as fuel for probiotics. They regulate bowel movements & improve immune system functioning. Prebiotic foods are high in fiber -- like oats, bananas, berries, legumes, peas, and asparagus.
Kif can be consumed at any time, day or night (goodbye caffeine-induced insomnia!), but we find it most enjoyable after a workout or for an afternoon delight.
You can drink Kif on an empty stomach or with a tasty meal. It is recommended to be consumed in one sitting. One serving size of Kif is one 12 ounce can of pure gut-loving deliciousness. We love it so much we drink one can a day!
Regular kefir is fermented with dairy (commonly milk or yogurt). Water kefir is fermented with sugar water, making it vegan and gluten-free.
Kif Kefir Water must be refrigerated. It’s enjoyed best when served chilled!
